Lessons

Lessons are given once a week in 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute lengths. There will be weekly assignments that the student should practice during the week. Practicing is essential for the student’s success and improvement. Short daily practices are more effective than one or two long practice sessions a week.

Because I teach in your home, you must have either an acoustic piano or an 88-key digital piano set-up in a quiet space away from distractions. If you’d like piano recommendations, please contact me and I’ll be more than happy to help.

Tuition & Payment

Tuition can be paid at a flat monthly rate or pay per lesson.

Monthly tuition is due at the first lesson of each month. If you enroll in the middle of the month, the tuition will be prorated. Failure to pay the tuition on time will result in a $5 late fee for each week your payment is late.

Pay per lesson tuition is due at the end of each lesson.

We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend all weekly lessons at their reserved time slot. In the event that the student has to miss or cancel a lesson due to a conflict or illness, please contact me within 24 hours to reschedule a make-up lesson or receive credit towards next month’s tuition.

A late cancel (less than 24 hours) is not eligible for a make-up lesson or refund.

Any holidays or vacations will be deducted from that month’s tuition.
